When E-Filed my EAD Reniewal , I didn't filled these fields (14. Manner of Last Entry & 15.Current Immigration Status) as they are not mandatory fields.Will there be any problem with my application?Anybody on the same boat?If so can you share your experiances?

Hi,
My friend is facing same type of issue. He entered the US with company A with visa expiring in Jul 2006.
In Nov. 2005 he moved to company B and his I-94 was extened till Oct. 2007 (New h1 expiry date). He went to India in Dec. 2006 and entered with old visa stamp. He got new I-94 with old date i.e. Jul 2006.
Now he wants to extend his H1 and I-94 is expired. Will this create any issue? Hase anybody faced this type of issue before? All replies will be appreciated.

If your application gets approved before/on 30th June you will get 1 year EAD. If this happens after/on 1st july you should get 2 years. I am in same senario.

Me and my husband(primary applicant) filed our I 485, I 765, and I 131. Recieved by USCIS on 06/29/2007. our lawyer recently got our reciept nos. my husband got a notice saying FP fee rejected and has been asked to re submit the fee,when, in fact all our checks have already been cashed.all of my notices say case recieved and pending.my question is ,with my husband's case in suspense, will my application be also with held or will USCIS go ahead with my application. I am the dependant spouse in this case. please respond. Thank you.

My mother-in-law would like to get visitor visa.
How do I answer #37 of the DS-156?
The applicant's (my mother-in-law) son( my husband) is in the U.S. illegally. I am US cit. and my husband needs to report to visa interview within the next year. We have been post-poning due to medical issues. In the meanwhile we hope my mother-in-law can come here to visit her granddaughter.( I am unable to travel). #37 of the DS-156 asks if any body is in US. We should answer YES, because her son is here, BUT, what do we put for his status? Illegal? I read one article that stated to mark YES only if he has legal status. I do not want to put NO, immigration already knows he is here and we do not want to be dishonest.
Any ideas?

My case was file in jan 02. I have approved labour and I-140. I filed my I-485 in Jun 2005 and have an EAD and parole. How do I find when can I file my spouse's case.

Bush said he wants to improve the working visas, I think the prority needs to offer to Canadians because Canadinas use the same language and education system, the distance is closer. We need to call all the senetors, the working visas.etc. need to go to Canadina citizens first.

In regard to the background question, I'm assuming you mean the faint overlapping designs behind the contents in the header. This can be achieved by placing designs of your choice (such as the logo in the example you provided) on separate layers and assiging various opacities to each layer in photoshop (check the layers tab for the opacity modifier).
As far as making professional sites go: it's a pretty general question. I could only suggest practicing and learning from experience. Or go to a reputable design school.

No it is not but the chances of getting a stamp is higher or at least it use to me.
I remember going through the same thing few years back but then economy was not as bad it is today. Always remember the guy's job at US Embassies is to stop people from coming or act like a gate keeper.
Just carry all your supporting documents like:
Tax returns
Offer letter
Letter from the company stating your continuous employment
Pay stubs
Bank statemen
ts and any assets you might have in the US (property, etc.)
Good luck

Yes, the new quota starts on Monday. However, you still need a current priority date and all security clearnances before you are eligible for approval. (At least that's how it will work for the most part).
Who knows if they used all the 2007 numbers up. I suspect they will be very close to having done that given the number of applications they had.
Out of the entire year quota, they can allocate only 1/4 th of it in the first quater. This is why it is impossible for USCIS to allocate the yearly quota in one day. [Whether they have such a efficient system to do so is a different debate].
I wonder why they don't have such a distribution for H1B allotment though :D

My PD is 08/04/06, and my AP is expiring on June 2nd, I probably will have to travel sometimes June end. I am in a fix if I should go ahead and apply for Ap now. My PD will be current begining June 1st. I heard it may take 1 week to 60 days to get GC after your date becomes current, Do you guys think it's good idea to just apply for AP just in case?

You may apply for AP at any time right? If you apply now, it is very unlikely that you will receive before your June end travel. And if you don't get your GC in june what will you do ? see, it is very easy to ask confusing questions. :)
