If the suspense is killing anyone, like it was to me; its easy to call the USCIS #, and ask the cust service person if the application has been pre-adjudicated. He/She will ask for SRC/LIN # again, and tell you yes/No and date of pre-adjudication.

Bailouts from Arabian princes & Chinese govt. didnt do much squat to push the economy. A few immigrants buying houses (which again is gonna be tough to get loans approved in the 1st place) is gonna do much less good.
The US economy needs a deep cleanse. Which means all the bad news has to come out once & for all. No more Congress sanctioned hush ups for irregularities at Fannie Mae etc etc.
The US as a whole needs to rebuild the faith of the rest of the world, both politically & economically. It has now been clearly established that US is not a political & economical superpower that it once was.

No, She don't have pay stubs and office just asked her husbands pay stubs ( for whom she is a dependent) and she didn't mention about her H1 and not attached H1 release in the visa documentation. She just attended for H4 visa with only documents that required for H4.
What did you mentioned at line # 30 and # 38 of DS-156?

Guys please excercise patience. IV and QGA is working VERY hard for our cause. People in IV are NOT our servants and they are NOT being paid by us. They are people like you and me who have full time jobs and full time spouses ;). Inspite of all this they are working nearly full time to get provisions for ALL of us. Our monetary resources are MINIMAL. To add to that we are not even Citizens in this country. Technically we have VERY LITTLE right to even ask for anything. IV members have overcome these odds and come remarkably far in these few months. I find it NO less than a miracle that we raised even close to 70K in 2 months.

The party was mostly good. I only regret that sometimes, I could not hear what people on the other side of the table were talking about. The room was too dark and not quiet enough. It might have been better if we had a round table.

dont want to judge ur sentiments, but think about this.
if GOD only cares abt people who constantly praises god, then muslim countries should do way way better :D they pray so many times a day. nobody follows religion and GOD like muslims do :D, not even hard core christians :D. even hindus pray a lot. US growth is clearly not due to the things u mentioned :D. its due to their relentless pursuit of growth. along with GOD US also believes in 'free will'. btw, i am not atheist, but just AGNOSTIC.

Guys,
It looks like whosoever used the convenient e-file method for EAD renewal application got scrwed by USCIS.
It is ridiculous to receive the FP appointments after 1 month of filing and then for the same thing USCIS issuing RFE suggesting they did not receive RFEs.
IV core can we address these online EAD renewal issues to our USCIS contacts?
I mean people are using EAD for their jobs, their is no interim EAD and USCIS is not following the law for issuing the EAD within 90 days of the receipt date.
Here are my details:
PD: EB-3 I June 2003.
EAD renewal e-file: July 02nd 2008

Hopefully from October 2010 the date stay as it is. Did you checked the cut off data it does show 0 requirement prior to 2006.

You are missing the point. I do NOT think I am SPECIAL. I have an MBA from a US reputed Univ. plus 5 years of experience... I do assessment of their existing IT systems and give recommendations.
My logic is differrent.. This is valid for US born people too. WHY would a company pay $180 an hour to a consulting Co. for the same skill-sets.... however, when you go to them directly they will just pay you $60-$70.
if the difference is really that big than seriously i fail to understand it, they might be accounting for lot of other things like travel expense and other benefits that they might be providing but if the spread is as big as you are saying then it surely does not make sense. if this has anything to do with SOX then consulting company might be guaranteeing lot of things and might have legal liabilities if that is not the case then it is unexplainable.
although i strongly refute the possibility that hiring managers are eating money because just like any beauracracy few guys cant keep benefiting without sharing the benefits and no descent company will tolerate that kind of culture there could be isolated instances but when they are found out they are very severely punished and their life becomes that of a dog running from here to there because in most industries if you are working for a certain domain people know each other and reputation travels faster than light especially bad reputation.

Take a look at option from Colorado State Univ Distance Education website. They have a MS(course option), where you need 10 courses to obtain a MS. Each course approx. costs around $1600. So, you are looking at a total of ~17k.
They will also waive GRE requirements if you give evidence of your experience in the industry which looks like is not a problem.
The degree certificate they give you is no different from the certificate one would obtain if one was to attend school full-time and complete the same MS course plan.
Some courses could be completed in summer as well. So, if you can take 4+2+4 over one year during spring-summer-fall semester you could be done in 1 year. I am assuming you don't care about grades, and hence taking 4 courses should be manageable to just get a pass grade.

I have no idea how it works, what qualifies me for a degree, what can I get credits for. Any inputs would be appreciated.

My argument was on when your file will be looked at the first time. Of course, to get visa number numerous conditions, such as PD Currency, name-check, various documents, etc., have to be met. What I meant is that your file will be looked at the first time, only after cases physically received at the center reviewing your case (no matter what RD is shown on your receipt) before your case was recieved, have been looked at.

This has given USCIS a reason not to process it further and dedicate resources to it. Most folks who got their EADs, after being eligible for it out of order, have not even used it. It may have benifitted EB3 spouses of some folks in the short run but it has messed it up completely in the longer run. I'm not EB3-I but I can't help stating this.

Instead, they should have some weighted average of RD + PD, within a window.
