Looking at the trackkit data there are 2 from Nov 2003 and 1 from Dec 2003, who got green this month. Is it that USCIS doesn't have enough cases from before Oct 1 2003, to approve that are approvable. :confused:

It is foolish to expect idiots like you to come out of the gutter because you just enjoy the smell of the gutter. Expecting that your rants will have any affect on people who take advantage of immigrants is extremely foolish. And expecting folks like you to stand-up for yourself and do something about this is even more foolish.
One more thing, only desi consulting companies are not the problem. Companies who figure out a way to take advantage of its employees, will do so. All companies are in the business of making bigger bucks for its shareholders. If they can figure out a way to make more, they will, even at the cost of taking advantage of immigrants. Desi companies figured out the loop holes first. Some of the other companies followed, others are still learning. It can be argued that % of such elements in desi consulting are more because they were the first to figure out the loopholes. But desi companies are not the only group taking advantage of immigrants. They are all the same. And folks like yourself feed into the problem. So please stop blaming just the desi consulting companies, because all companies are the same. Some companies have not yet figured out the ways to take advantage of immigrant employees. But these comapnies are learning fast, because they want to be competitive, right?
The actual problem is, the Congress. Lawmakers are the problem. They know everything what is going on. They know that not just desi companies but even larger companies take advantage of the vulnerable part of the society - the immigrants. Inspite of having all the information, the lawmakers deliberately did not add necessary protections for immigrants. And, even if the system becomes more efficient, people who enjoy the gutter will continue to live in the gutter. No laws or protections can help folks like you. Every now and then, just come to forum like these and rant once in a while. That's what you will do. The fact is you do not need better treatment or benefits. You need better therapy to tell you that you can come out of the gutter.
Please stop ranting and stop "requesting" desi companies on forum anonymously.

I hope you get in time before your EAD expires. My EAD was expiring on 09/24 and my employer submitted on June 24 (no efiling) & RD dt June 24; Got my EAD approval email on 07/28 and card received on 08/01/2008; but renewed EAD runs from 7/30 - 7/29/2010; I did not mind the disappearance of 2 months. Which service center did you apply

and while we are at it...we need help with the leg work...please complete your profile so we can get you involved with some of it...it would be great to have you as a volunteer!
With all due respect, the probelem I have with volunteers is that I don't think amtures can pull a job this big, you've got to have profesionals, somethng like a compain maneger.
I admire the courage of your guys, and think the goal is fantastic. But the way it goes, I don't see how it can be achieved.
I've learned a great deal about immigration from the forum here. I very much appreciate it. I try to give back by answering questions others may have. I think IV has been doing a great job serving as that capacity.
But you guys want do something bigger. Well, you have faith in it, I don't, at least not now, neither many others. Maybe that is why you are still asking for money and volunteers.

Now to my views..Your wife will be able to piggyback on your 485 application irrespective of her status H1-B or H-4 or F-1..She's your wife PERIOD...no problems there!!what i don't understand is this bangwagon "lets apply ours first and include our wife's petition later when PD becomes current"...Instead y not apply both petitions together when PD becomes current again!!Atleast you wouldn't have to worry what if my petition gets approved b4 my PD becomes current!!!And god knows how many years of H1-B extensions they would give you once you have your applied 485 receipt!!!At the end of the day it is your choice!!!

I am planning to send a letter to President, First Lady, DOS chief besides other Govt. rep. Anyone has the addresses?
I am in CP and I am writing to them to allow CP filers who are already working here in the US to file for AOS (even if the PD is not current) anticipating a very long delay for EB3 I. That way we could get atleast the minimal benefits like EAD, AP.
If any CP filers from EB3 I wanna join me, more than welcome!
