It's not going to happen. It would steal sales away from the MacBook Pro, and the cost would be minimal between the two.
IMO, it's by no means out of the question. After all, even the current 13.3" MacBooks will yet go through a number of significant upgrades in future. At some point, it's likely they'll have dedicated graphics. They just won't be on a par with the MBP's graphics (& other extras!).
So it's quite feasible, & it needn't affect MBP sales. Overall, it could also significantly increase the number of switchers from PCs!

Checked my phone at about 3:06 this morning, when I hit the sleep/wake button the lockscreen clock said 2:06, but as soon as I unlocked the screen the clock adjusted to 3:06, hardly a problem for me, and Verizon iPhone by the way.

When October stuff comes out it will fall behind in development once April from another manufacturer launches, then they take turns trying to outdo each other.

Hows great, lion just froze up, i did a hard restart and everything is there ready to carry on. with all the crashes/blue screen of death ms had years ago, you would of thought they would of done something like this.

What about denying somebody a job because of their, say, intelligence? Charisma? Any number of things that are largely predetermined?
Surely it would be unfair to judge somebody by their intelligence because so much of it is down to parental intelligence and wealth; how much they can teach you and how much they can pay for the best educations. (D's A)
In theory I suppose we should only judge people for things which are entirely their own doing; things which are neither a product of their genes or upbringing. But then, taking those away, what remains?

Perhaps on some abstract moral level, but I think it's probably permissible unless someone wants to call me a senseless bigot.

Considering we have evidence to suggest PP workers aiding and abetting pimps and child prostitutes (fake) in acquiring abortion I don't see how lying and doctoring documents is above them. A lie from the physician and the paperwork for that abortion getting "misplaced" are all it takes.
Also I'm very surprised at only one website "exposing" her and a couple sites commenting on it. Abby Johnson lying would come out as a bang not a whimper.
In most cases, it is a prosecutor's (or is that persecutor's) responsibility to produce evidence of wrongdoing.

I wasn't presenting anything. I was addressing your argument as you presented it, which was vague and absolute. You argued war is responsible for all important innovation. It is really easy to pick apart a claim like that.
And I don't know what world you live in, but most ppl I've ever met never thought they would get cancer. Or at least not until they are very old when many ppl get it anyway b4 they die. Certainly not young ppl and in a couple of years.
Well, the stats are 30% of the world's population will get cancer this lifetime. Over 10% will die from it, making it responsible for more deaths than any war. The sad part apparently is that although Nintendo hope for a big success they won't launch their console with any special games released by them. Apparently they will hope 3d parties will launch and promote the console with their apps.

Now in Japan it's over 5 US dollars a gallon for high octane. For Regular it's around 4.60 to 4.70, Diesel Fuel is the cheapest at around 4.30 and up for a gallon. They sell by the liter here. It will probably go up soon. They also sell Kerosene for stoves in the winter, that's around 14 dollars for 18 liters.

When I was deciding on getting a laptop, an HP Envy was suggested over the MacBook Pro 13 because it's supposedly just as good as a MacBook Pro.

You're right that this state does have one of the highest deficits and tax rates for high incomes. However, if you look at the figures, despite the tax rate, Californians still earn more per capita on average than Texans. If you're looking to save money, it doesn't necessarily make sense to move.

Texas's total tax burden is 7.9%, 1.9% lower than the national average, yet Texas's per capita GDP is $40,498, $2,041 below the national average. Wouldn't using the "extra" electricity to power fans to decrease heat lead to less "extra" electricity???? :rolleyes: I hope they really think this through - and I'm sure they will. Of course powering fans isn't the only use for electricity.
No because this thing only can produce electricity from a heat difference. If the inside of your computer was all one temperature... guess what no power. Fans are needed to cool the air around the fans thus creating greater differences in heat. So, not only are fans necessary for this to work, but the more the better. This is probably best to merely attach to a current system and add battery life. You could not decrease the cooling. So, its nice. But its not a wonder tool. its merely a bit of extra juice in the battery. Its just like a hybrid. You wont gain any extra efficiency unless your braking hence the average highway MPG of a hybrid, even though its city is stellar. Even then its not a revolution that stopped all oil consumption. Even if everyone drove hybrids, total consumption wouldnt drop by much. Highway driving and traffic are huge factors in consumption and those aren't curbed through hybrids.

I felt the same way as Woz when the iPad was first announced. A great product for my wife but not for me, I need my macbook.
Then I was assigned to develop iPad apps and got one. My wife still doesn't have one, but I won't leave home without mine. I can remote into my home or work mac when needed, have all my music and video and docs with me always.
Sure, I won't write code on it but for pretty much everything else this is it. Basically it is a window into the world, erasable paper, portable media.
I've also got a blackberry, a windows phone, a Galaxy, a Dell Streak and a Xoom on my desk right now (and a Playbook on the way) and just can't understand how they all missed the mark when Apple has been showing them the way for the past year.
I've become a believer in the iPad.
